School to School Support
Our School to School support team includes Local Leaders in Education (LLEs) and Specialist Leaders in Education (SLEs), who are experienced practitioners that can focus on developing the capacity and capability of other leaders, so that they have the skills to direct their own teams and improve practice in their own schools.
This support can be accessed by schools inside and outside of the alliance.
School to school support ranges from focus visits/lesson observation involvement, coaching, facilitating training, support with data analysis, leadership support and specific project work, to full LLE deployment action plans targeted at whole school improvement. |  |
 | Forest Way School is a designated Lead School in Behaviour and SEN, we are able to provide high quality advice and support to schools in all areas of school improvement and can broker specialist expertise in SEN and communication needs and support. |
