News & EVENTS School Games Mark - Platinum StatusOn 21 Nov the Forest Way PE team were invited to the North West Leicestershire Let's Get Moving Awards. Forest Way received their award for achieving platinum status in the School Games Mark for the first time. Forest Way were also runners up in the 'Active School of the Year' award and one of the school's older students was runner up in the 'Junior Sportsperson of the Year' award, for his involvement in wheelchair track racing at both regional and national level. Twycross ZooEarlier this term some of our Key Stage 3 pupils went on a trip to Twycross Zoo thanks to the generosity of the Coalville Belvoir Rotary Club, Rotary Club of Ashby de la Zouch Castle Rotary Club of Ashby de la Zouch Hastings, Rotary Club of Ashby de la Zouch and KidsOut. Despite the rain, the pupils had a wonderful day and got to see lots of interesting animals. A big thank you to the Rotary Club for making this possible.
