SENCo Net Meetings 2022/23

These efficient termly twilight meetings have been running successfully for over 16 years and are well attended by
mainstream primary and secondary SENCos who value them as an opportunity to keep up to date with national and local developments related to SEN/D and to share local good practice.
Meetings will be face to face for the Autumn  and Spring Terms and  will be on-line for the Summer Term.
The meetings cost £35/£50 per school per meeting - SENCos and one extra additional member of staff can attend. - refreshments included..

The National Award for SENCo-ordination Postgraduate Certificate 2022/23

Do you want to achieve a nationally recognised award as a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo)?
Completion of the course has been mandatory for the teacher designated as SENCo since 2009. New SENCOs must gain this qualification within three years of taking up their SENCo post. It may also be relevant for those aspiring to be SENCos or those who were already in the post of SENCo prior to 2009 and wish to pursue accredited professional development in this area.
