“A sense of intense warmth and community pervades the school and parents and carers are eager to express the high regard and affection that they feel towards leaders and staff.  A very high proportion of the staff have been in post for several years or more and the turnover of staff is low. This is testament to the way in which leaders value the work of all adults. It also reflects the commitment, pride and loyalty that staff feel towards the school.”
